Centralia - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP/AGNP/PA-C) Behavioral Health Solutions -Centralia, WA, United States Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Washington to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialized in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings. Service areas incorporate: Centralia, Rochester, Olympia Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms. Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans. Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments. Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Job Type: Full-time or Part-time W2 Billable Rate or 1099 Independent Contractor Requirements Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry. Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA) Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees) 1 year of Geri Psych Experience. 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals. Skills: Basic computer knowledge. Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus). Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus! Billable rate compensation model (no waiting on reimbursements). Avoid “no-shows” when working in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Hands-on and remote training/supervision.
