Cincinnati Urban Promise is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven School Vice Principal to join the leadership team at Urban Promise Academy in Cincinnati, OH.
Pay: This is a full-time, onsite role with an annual salary of $55,000 – $75,000/year , plus a competitive benefits package!

SCHEDULE FOR OUR SCHOOL VICE PRINCIPAL:
This administration position is full-time and on-site, working Monday through Friday . Hours are typically 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm .
YOUR ROLE AS A SCHOOL VICE PRINCIPAL:
Each day as a School Vice Principal, you will work alongside the Principal to advance the academic and cultural vision of the school. You will guide teachers through classroom walkthroughs, feedback, and professional learning opportunities while also supporting students with discipline, positive behavior, and school culture initiatives. You will help oversee daily operations such as attendance, scheduling, transportation, meal service, substitute coordination, and facility management, ensuring the school runs smoothly and in compliance with Ohio Department of Education and Ohio Department of Children and Youth regulations. You will lead admissions and recruitment, working with families from their first inquiry through onboarding, while also representing Urban Promise Academy at community events, open houses, and fairs to increase visibility and enrollment. On a typical day, you will be meeting with families to provide guidance on tuition requirements, EdChoice vouchers, PFCC reimbursements, and financial assistance options, helping them transition seamlessly between Academy, preschool, and afterschool programs. You will also oversee tuition collection and submit reimbursement requests for programs such as EdChoice, PFCC, Preschool Promise, ECE, and CACFP, collaborating with the Director of Programming to ensure financial compliance. Whether it is leading in the absence of the Principal, supporting teachers, or engaging families, your role will be to keep the Academy safe, welcoming, and aligned with its Christ-centered mission.
