Job Description Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team supporting government clients. The successful candidate will craft high-quality, compliant proposal content that meets client requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Proposal Writer, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills while collaborating with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to CGS' service development. Job Responsibilities: Write and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, cohesion, and compliance with RFP requirements. Lead proposal content development across technical, management, resume, and past performance sections. Collaborate with leadership, solution architects, and project managers to develop proposal volumes. Research and work with subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals reflecting company solutions and strategies. Participate in proposal reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure quality and compliance. Ensure proposal content aligns with federal standards and formatting guidelines. Support proposal planning, strategy sessions, and maintain proposal materials and templates. Provide proposal copyediting, ensuring active voice, compliance, and consistency. Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of proposal writing experience, including for IDIQs, GWACs, and task orders. Experience with proposals for Defense, Civilian, and Financial federal agencies. Proficiency in proposal tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe). Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines across multiple proposals. Preferred Qualifications: APMP certification or familiarity with Shipley methodology. Experience working with business development and capture teams to highlight win themes. Ability to manage RFI and task order proposals.
