Can you describe your experience with NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customization and automation? How do you handle system integrations with other applications in NetSuite? What are some common challenges you have faced as a NetSuite administrator, and how did you resolve them? How do you approach troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in NetSuite? Can you share any examples of performance optimization techniques you have implemented in NetSuite? How do you stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, updates, and best practices? Team dynamics :2 others on the team Selling points : Help lead the implementation and get into a rapidly expanding company Job Description: Role: Oracle NetSuite Administrator Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system for a healthcare organization, including but not limited to, user administration, security, customizations, data management, workflows, and integrations
• Provide ongoing support and training to Finance organization, end users, and administrative staff, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate with other IT teams, Finance, and Executive stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in NetSuite that support financial management and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key financial metrics, and outcomes.
• Ensure that the NetSuite system complies with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
• Stay up to date with NetSuite product releases and updates, and recommend and implement new features and functionalities that can improve Finance and other business or healthcare processes and efficiency
• Monitor system performance and usage, and implement optimizations and improvements as needed to support the organization's healthcare goals
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a NetSuite subject matter expert, and provide guidance on how technology can be leveraged to improve healthcare outcomes and patient experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP system preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong technical skills in NetSuite administration, customization, scripting, and integrations
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Familiarity with healthcare concepts and practices, including clinical workflows, medical coding, and billing processes
• Knowledge and experience in setting up NetSuite Financials in a complex organization made up of multiple business entities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with Finance team, administrative staff, executives, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications such as Oracle NetSuite Administrator and NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certifications Saxon Global
