POSITION SUMMARY

• We're looking for an information Technology (IT) analyst to support our Enterprise Systems.
• This role will report to the Director of IT Enterprise Systems and will provide technical support, maintenance and enhancement of solutions for Finance, HR, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain.

Specific responsibilities include :

• System administration, maintenance, user support, and training.
• Monitor the performance and status of Enterprise Systems used for Accounting, Financial operations, Human Resources, and Quality.
• Build effective relationships and partner with the business as an IT liaison.
• Support implementation, maintenance and enhancement of new Enterprise IT solutions.
• Perform system administration tasks to maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, Dept. of Labor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a technical or business-related discipline with 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology specifically working with the technologies of the functions indicated, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience.
• Prefer experience with ERP, HRIS, and Quality systems used in the biotech industry; UKG, NetSuite, Coupa, and Veeva.
• Project management experience in a team-oriented cross-functional environment (varying size and resource mix / skill sets).
