Role Summary:
You will lead the Landscape Sales and Design team: managing a team of consultants, designers, estimators and adminsupport; owning the pipeline from lead through proposal and hand-off to installation/maintenance; driving sales, profitability, conversion, and an outstanding client experience. Youll build a world-class team, refresh and energize the sales/design pipeline, and elevate the standard of quality and delivery across design/build.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus incentive pay (designed to reward performance, conversion, project value, team targets). Benefits package includes health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401k match up to 4%, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
