Home Health Aide - Salem Home Svcs-Salem

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Day Shift, Part Time

Supports: Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, Jefferson, Dallas, Monmouth, South Salem

The Home Health Aide supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
