SecOne Security Group is seeking highly motivated, experienced Security Officers who embody professionalism, precision, and a proactive mindset. This is not your average guard post — we’re building a team of elite protectors equipped to handle high-risk environments with calm, confidence, and tactical skill.

What You’ll Do
Serve as a professional and visible deterrent across a variety of client locations
Operate advanced security equipment , including body-worn cameras and tactical tools
Conduct patrols, surveillance, and rapid response to incidents
Manage access control and uphold site-specific safety protocols
Apply verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques to diffuse tense situations
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors alike
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, or military
Active Nevada Guard Card (Required)
Must pass a State of Nevada background check
Strong communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
A professional presence and demeanor at all times
Skilled in situational awareness and de-escalation strategies
