PMP certification preferred. Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry required. Extensive knowledge of project management principles, general management, and business practices. Strong understanding of management information systems, policies, procedures, regulations, and laws related to hospitality. Skills in applying project management, management principles, and business practices effectively. Ability to conduct process and system reviews, analyze complex data, and draw logical conclusions. Proficiency in planning, managing multiple deadlines, negotiating, and resolving issues. Proficient in business software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and effective communication skills. Ability to foster harmonious relationships and work effectively within a team environment. Job Responsibilities Communicate project expectations, goals, and scope clearly to team members. Conduct engagement reviews, ensure thorough business cases with measurable benefits and costs. Review project deliverables, recommend cost-effective solutions for business challenges. Lead cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and assess impacts on results, processes, technology, and finances. Implement strategic project management initiatives aligned with company objectives. Build strong stakeholder relationships to secure project sponsorship and support. Manage project conclusions and facilitate turnover to sponsors. Conduct post-project reviews and perform other duties as assigned. Lead and manage direct reports effectively.
