\n Location: Barkhamsted, CT
\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Worker to manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments. This full-time role involves preparing, packaging, and shipping products using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, as well as receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory, and purchasing supplies for various departments.
\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
\n\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\nPrepare and process orders for shipment, including required documentation
\n\t\n\tPick, pack, and ship products using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
\n\t\n\tReceive deliveries and distribute items to appropriate departments
\n\t\n\tEnter and maintain shipping information in carrier systems
\n\t\n\tPalletize and prepare large shipments for freight forwarding
\n\t\n\tOrder and manage inventory of shipping supplies (boxes, labels, packing materials)
\n\t\n\tCoordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight companies, and delivery personnel
\n\t\n\tMaintain accurate shipping and receiving inventory records
\n\t\n\tKeep the shipping/receiving area clean and organized
\n\t\n\tWork with production to prepare and test parts prior to shipment
\n\t\n\tPurchase materials and supplies to support all departments
\n\t\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
\n\t\n\tStrong organizational and communication skills
\n\t\n\tAbility to lift, move, and palletize shipments
\n\t\n\tPrior shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier systems is a plus
\n\t\n$20-$22/hr per hour starting pay
\n\t\n\tConsistent full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
