Virtual Desktop Engineer – Citrix and Azure We are seeking a Virtual Desktop Engineer with expertise in Citrix and Azure to join our team. Responsibilities Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktops and related VDI environments. Work with XenApp, XenDesktop, VMWare Hypervisor, Citrix UPM, FsLogix, GPO, Active Directory, and PowerShell. Develop and test software packages using InstallShield or similar tools. Perform migration to Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (including Citrix and VMware environments). Administer and deploy software using SCCM, manage workstation images, and handle patch management including BIOS and firmware updates. Implement industry best practices for Windows-based projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis. Apply ITIL framework knowledge in daily operations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktops. Strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler, SCCM, scripting, and automation. Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies. Proven experience in migration projects involving Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and VMware. Excellent problem-solving skills.
