  • Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a), every other weekend required

  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2300-$2360

\n\nNICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU
  • \n\t
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state
  • \n\t
  • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
  • \n\t
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • \n\t
  • Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travel nurses)
  • \n\t
  • Ability to work one major and one minor holiday during the contract
  • \n\t
  • Flu vaccination required prior to start (medical exemptions accepted)
  • \n
\n\nNICU RN Responsibilities\n\n
    \n\t
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
  • \n\t
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient status, progress, and vital signs
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • \n\t
  • Administer medications, IVs, and prescribed treatments safely
  • \n\t
  • Provide compassionate support and education to families during critical care situations
  • \n\t
  • Participate in weekly orientation (every Monday, except holidays)
  • \n\t
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and nursing policies, procedures, and safety standards
