What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product vision by leading and defining the roadmap for new healthcare technology solutions
- Guide cross-functional teams through all phases of product development, ensuring alignment on objectives and milestones
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to senior leadership through presentations and reports
- Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to ensure data integrity and inform portfolio decisions
- Identify dependencies and proactively manage risks to ensure timely resolution and project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience; may have a degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in healthcare technology
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; experience with forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking; SQL is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
- Proven ability to work directly with software engineers on product enhancements; familiarity with modern tech stacks is a plus
- Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and defining strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience leading or working within multi-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, clinical, business)
