Job Description

Junior Accountant 

• Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet and income statement preparation.
• Think Fast by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
• Work it Together by partnering with cross-functional teams to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
• Make the Hard Call by balancing business priorities.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 2-5 years' experience as a Staff Accountant or Junior Accountant
• Experience working for a large, complex and matrixed company.
• Big 4 experience or public company experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

Salary Range

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 USD - $96,000 USD

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
