What You'll Do:

• Greet customers, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
• Translate complex technical information from technicians into clear, understandable recommendations for customers.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates, obtain customer authorization, and process payments.
• Manage the workflow of service and warranty jobs, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain open communication with customers, providing timely updates on vehicle status and completion times.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience (minimum 1 year) as a service writer, advisor, customer service or a related role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust your tone and language for different audiences (customers and technicians)
• Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address customer needs effectively.
• Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, personable demeanor.
• Technical Knowledge: An understanding of services and basic maintenance is a plus.
• Solid Work Ethic: Showing up for work early, staying late when necessary. Understanding you represent the company.
