What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional plumbing service, repairs, and installations with professionalism and skill
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions while educating customers on preventative maintenance
Accurately document work in Service Titan, including photos and job details
Build trust and long-term relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that benefit the customer
Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies
Sales-oriented approach with the ability to recommend valuable solutions to customers
