Job Title: SEO Analyst Work Location: Remote (EST) Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST Job Description: Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented SEO Analyst with a strong focus on Content and Editorial to lead the development and optimization of high-impact content that drives organic traffic, supports lead generation, and enhances brand authority. This role blends deep SEO expertise with strong editorial judgment, content creation skills, and data-driven decision-making to elevate our digital presence across all web properties. Responsibilities : SEO Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical SEO. Content Strategy & Editorial Oversight : Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content to improve search visibility and user engagement. Content Creation & Editing : Write, edit, and refine high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences. Ensure all content is clear, compelling, and conversion-focused. Editorial Calendar Management : Own and manage the SEO content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with seasonal trends, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital touchpoints. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Content Audits & Optimization : Conduct regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for updates, consolidation, or removal to improve SEO performance and user experience. Trend Monitoring : Stay current with SEO algorithm updates, content marketing trends, and editorial best practices to ensure the client remains competitive in organic search. Technical SEO Support : Collaborate with web development teams to address site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability issues. Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO strategy and content development for large-scale web properties, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven experience writing and editing digital content, including blogs, landing pages, and long-form articles. Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, tone, and brand consistency. Demonstrated ability to manage content calendars and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Conductor, LookerStudio, etc. Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
