About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Global Recruiter & Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team in a hybrid role that blends full cycle recruiting with hands-on support of key Talent Management initiatives.

Recruiting will be your primary responsibility (approximately 70% of the role), with a strong emphasis on filling roles quickly and effectively. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent supporting Talent Management efforts on a cyclical, as-needed basis. This includes project-based work tied to our annual talent programs such as performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & development activities.

This is an ideal role for someone who excels in recruiting but is also eager to broaden their HR experience and contribute to talent programs that shape the employee experience and drive business growth.

Youll lead critical hiring efforts while gaining meaningful exposure to the full employee lifecycle. With recruiting as your primary responsibility, youll also can make an impact through strategic HR initiativesparticularly during high-impact moments of the year. What You Will Do

  • Primary Focus Recruiting (70%)
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across corporate, commercial, and operations, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and create tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen, interview, and manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and offer negotiation with HR and hiring teams.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes to drive efficiency, quality, and diversity of hires.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal hiring standards.

Secondary Support Talent Management (30%, as-needed)

  • Provide execution support for cyclical Talent Management programs, including:
  • Mid-Year and Annual Performance Reviews
  • Employee engagement surveys and follow-up action planning
  • Learning & development initiatives
  • Career development & internal mobility efforts
  • Training logistics and communications
  • Help prepare communications, guides, and tracking tools for talent programs.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting for engagement, performance, and development metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support high-potential and succession planning processes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure seamless delivery of key HR programs during peak cycles.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations for improving employee-facing programs based on recruiting insights.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to fill a variety of roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement programs required.
  • Proven ability to flex between sourcing/tactical recruiting and supporting structured, project-based HR work.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with shifting priorities and navigating between urgent hiring needs and planned HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
