JOB SUMMARY

We seek forward-thinking, solutions-focused, innovative individuals with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. Reporting to the VP, Group Account Director, the Senior Account Director will be a trusted partner to our clients, delivering excellent experiences that foster organic growth and referrals. This role involves strategic support, executional excellence, and collaboration across departments to build a high-performing team. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading calls, overseeing projects, prospecting new business, responding to RFPs, making pricing decisions, and closing new business.

Job qualifications and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strong communicator capable of developing and selling agency work.
• Effective leader managing group dynamics and difficult situations.
• Team player collaborating with internal teams and other agencies.
• Knowledgeable about new technologies and innovations in the health marketplace.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships.
• Meets outreach, sales, and revenue goals.
• Utilizes project management systems and business practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience required
• Agency experience and understanding of processes
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech is strongly preferred
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team

The annual base salary ranges from $100K to $115K, depending on qualifications, skills, and competencies. Some positions may also include commissions or bonuses based on performance.
