As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors at a dynamic hotel location. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying visible throughout the property, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the hotel and resort environment in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a welcoming environment. Assist with access control and visitor management processes as required by site-specific protocols. Document and report any observed irregularities, property damage, or unusual occurrences. Support emergency response activities when appropriate according to site-specific guidelines. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Experience in customer service is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
