As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with guests and staff, provide exceptional customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment within the hotel or resort. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report unusual activity or potential security-related risks. Work collaboratively with hotel or resort staff to address guest concerns and support a positive experience for all visitors. Complete detailed and accurate reports related to incidents, patrols, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Remain alert while on duty and follow instructions from supervisors to support the security-related needs of the location. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
