Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Technical Writing , preferably in a product-based or SaaS environment
- Proven experience creating:
- Developer onboarding documentation
- User and system guides for cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Tools & Technologies
- Documentation platforms:
- Confluence
- Notion
- Similar knowledge-base tools
- Markup & web technologies:
- Markdown
- HTML / CSS (plus)
- Authoring tools (optional but useful):
- Adobe FrameMaker
- MadCap Flare
- Basic understanding of Git / version control
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Educational background or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience documenting enterprise-grade software or internal tooling
- Exposure to:
- API documentation
- System architecture diagrams
- Developer-focused technical content
