We are looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Receptionist who speaks both Spanish and English to join a client's team. In this role, you will be the first person guests and callers interact with, so it's important to create a welcoming and helpful environment.
Your main job will be to greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle mail and deliveries, and keep the front area clean and organized. You'll also help with basic office tasks and support other departments when needed.

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all guests, maintain guest book, and have prober documents filled out when needed.
• Answer calls, address reason for call or direct to correct department.
• Maintain workstation, lobby, mail room and coffee area.
• Security and access control, monitor door, distribute badges, contact correct department for visitor, and make sure no visitors access areas they are not supposed to.
• Handle deliveries, outgoing and incoming, sort mail, and keep record of all outgoing FedEx and UPS.
• Update and maintain company phone list.
• Maintain and enter weborders.
• Update and maintain customer complaint log.
• Keep inventory of front desk supplies and request more when needed (stamps, envelopes, guest book, etc.)
• Assist customer service, finance, inventory, and purchasing or others when needed.
