Our fast-paced, high-performing real estate office is searching for a Top-Tier Administrative Assistant to be the engine behind our success. This is not a receptionist job—this is a mission-critical role for someone who can manage transactions, systems, and people with confidence and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate listings, showings, and closings from start to finish
  • Input and manage MLS listings, CRM tasks, and transaction timelines
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and vendors
  • Schedule photography, order signs, and manage marketing timelines
  • Keep agents accountable and organized—without needing reminders
  • Handle all paperwork and compliance documentation with 100% accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of admin experience (real estate preferred)
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems proactively
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, MLS, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Calm under pressure, even with shifting priorities
