Responsibilities

•Provide high-level executive support by managing calendars, inboxes, priorities, and daily business operations.
•Own and maintain the CRM: track leads, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and conversion.
•Drive client retention and marketing support through thoughtful follow-up, event coordination, and brand touchpoints.
•Design and improve systems that streamline transaction management, client care, and admin workflows.
•Assist with real estate transactions in Colorado while preparing for expansion into New Mexico (NM license required within one year; reimbursement provided).
•Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
•Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
