About Us:
We are a growing real estate company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote
Administrative Assistant to support our team. This is a remote position with a flexible
schedule, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
 Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
 Make outbound calls, including cold calling potential clients or leads
 Schedule appointments and coordinate with contractors, including
photographers, videographers, inspectors, and title companies
 Draft and prepare real estate contracts and related documents
 Perform accurate data entry and manage property-related information
 Communicate effectively with clients and team members
 Maintain calendars, respond to emails, and manage schedules
 Provide general administrative support to the real estate team
Qualifications:
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply common sense in day-to-day
decisions
 Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs, scheduling tools, email platforms,
DocuSign, and basic AI applications
 Customer service experience preferred

 Previous real estate or administrative experience is a plus
