Public M&A Associate Attorney | $260k-$390k| Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Public M&A Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its industry-leading M&A group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on headline-making transactions for some of the most innovative companies in Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services.
What You'll Do

• Represent public companies on both the buy-side and sell-side of complex M&A transactions.
• Advise on securities law matters and corporate governance issues tied to public company deals.
• Work with market-leading attorneys on nationally recognized transactions.
• Build a versatile skill set and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3-6 years of M&A and general transactional experience, with an emphasis on public company transactions.
• Familiarity with securities laws impacting M&A deals.
• Experience with Tech and/or Life Sciences clients a plus.
• Strong academic performance, excellent drafting skills, and business-oriented judgment.
