Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of mental health services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our geriatric patients and residents facing mental health challenges in the LTC community. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus bonus opportunities Location: Beckley, WV Hours: Full-Time As a PMHNP with MindCare Solutions, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, value-based psychiatric care across various clinical settings. You will focus on proactive, evidence-based treatment strategies that improve individual health and strengthen partner organizations. This role emphasizes adaptability, innovation, and a patient-centered approach to behavioral health care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to establish baselines, manage psychotropic medications, and deliver personalized care. Ongoing Medication Management: Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and interdisciplinary input. Collaborative Care Planning: Partner with case managers and teams to create and refine care plans for seamless behavioral health management. Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings to evaluate referrals, review cases, and adjust care plans accordingly. Engagement in Quality Programs: Contribute to performance improvement, medication reviews, and outcome strategies. Travel: Travel up to 50% to meet with healthcare partners, attend industry events, and support clinical settings. Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health program Current and unrestricted PMHNP license in WV Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active DEA license (assistance provided) Proficiency in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment planning Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Awareness of social determinants of health and resource access Comfortable with EHRs, telehealth, and digital tools Willingness to travel within assigned regions Malpractice coverage We offer comprehensive benefits including health & wellness plans, HSA/FSA, 401k with 4% match, disability, life insurance, positive culture, company-paid holidays, and PTO.
