Our client, a leader in designing and manufacturing industrial tools and fastening solutions, is seeking a
Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM
What's the Job? - Pack, move, and inspect products before they are shipped to distribution.
- Move materials into production areas using hand trucks under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Stack and seal cartons and boxes accurately to ensure product integrity.
- Inspect finished products for visual defects and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of production counts and materials moved.
What's Needed? - Must be organized and able to keep accurate records.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient math skills and ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
- Physical stamina to lift, stoop, bend, and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an environment with potential exposure to noise, dirt, and fumes.
