\nThis position is responsible for conducting the front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house audit for the Hershey Lodge.

\nJob Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
\nResponsible for breaking down room revenue by type*
\nPosting and balancing room and tax charges*
\nBalancing all daily postings and activities*
\nPosting and balancing accounts receivable vouchers*
\nPreparing daily Managers' Report*
\nRunning and distributing other operating reports*
\nAnswer guest phone calls and arrange wake-up calls*
\nWelcoming and registering guests*
\nCoordinating guest arrival and reservations
\nPerforming other duties as assigned
\nQualifications:
\nMust be at least 18 years of age or older.
\nHigh School Degree or equivalent
\nMinimum of 1 year experience in guest customer service.
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nNight Audit or hotel accounting experience preferred but not necessary.
\nMust be able to communicate well with both guests and employees.
\nMust be able to work independently and make decisions independently.
\nFamiliarity with computerized front office systems, policies and procedures preferred.
\nMust present professional image appropriate to the Hershey Lodge standards.
\nJob Demands:
\nPhysical requirements include standing, finger dexterity, good hearing, performing detailed work at close distances and communicating verbally.
\nShift includes 11 PM to 7 AM five days per week; weekends and holidays included.
