Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with leads to increase sales.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients to boost sales opportunities.
  3. Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and showing suitable properties.
  4. Host open houses to showcase agency listings.
  5. Manage the entire process from listing to closing for a smooth transaction.
  6. Attract new clients and foster additional business.
  7. Utilize local market knowledge to answer questions about homes, market conditions, and neighborhoods.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior sales experience preferred.
  2. Comfortable using technology.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
