A NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's NetSuite ERP system. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
Responsibilities:
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
- Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- User Access Management: Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customization and Integration: Handle complex customizations and integrations using tools like SuiteScript or SuiteTalk.
- Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM and customizations to use for Insurance
- Familiarity with SuiteScript or SuiteTalk for customization and integration tasks.
- NetSuite certifications or relevant coursework.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively manage and optimize the NetSuite system
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
