We’re seeking a talented NetSuite Administrator to lead the evolution of our client’s ERP ecosystem as they scale. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the administration of the NetSuite platform and key integrations across Finance, Sales Operations, and Restaurant Operations. As a vital player in this digital enablement, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement enhancements, and drive data accuracy, performance, and efficiency.   • Start Date: Estimated May / June 2025
  • Duration: 6-12 months with potential to extend or convert to a full-time employee
  • Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Orange, CA
  • Pay Rate Range: Starting at $75/hr W2 plus benefits, or higher depending on experience
What You’ll Do NetSuite Administration & Development
  • Maintain and support the NetSuite platform and its integrations with tools such as Adaptive Insights, HubSpot, DealHub, Quadient, and Oracle Simphony.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite (fields, forms, workflows, roles, dashboards) to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy scripts, SuiteFlows, SuiteBundler packages, and custom reports.
  • Coordinate NetSuite release management, sandbox testing, and change control.
System & Reporting Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal NetSuite support, including custom saved searches, KPI dashboards, scheduled reports, and real-time analytics.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports in both NetSuite and Oracle Simphony to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between NetSuite and Oracle Simphony for revenue, labor, and inventory tracking across restaurant and hospitality outlets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Finance, Sales Ops, and Restaurant Operations to implement new features, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
  • Train users, write documentation, and assist with adoption of NetSuite features across the business.
  • Support and troubleshoot system performance issues and escalate when necessary.
User & Security Management
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure system integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
Experience & Technical Skills
  • 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a multi-application environment.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite customizations, saved searches, custom reports, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with restaurant operations, Oracle Simphony POS, and related reporting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Adaptive Insights, D365 or similar systems a plus.
Business Acumen
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and restaurant/hospitality workflows, including cost tracking, labor reporting, and food & beverage operations.
  • Experience building custom reports for cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and restaurant management.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • A team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
