Key Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for consumers, visitors, and staff, ensuring timely access to clinical services. Conduct observed sample collections with sensitivity and adherence to agency procedures. Handle enrollment processes efficiently and maintain accurate records. Assist with check‑ins, fee collection, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Keep supervisors informed and follow through on assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
