Now Hiring: Machine Operator I

Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $16

Schedule: M-TH 5:30am-4pm, Fr 5:30am - 11am, Sat

This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. You'll work under close supervision and be trained to operate equipment that helps produce high-quality rubber products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the mixing line for daily production by checking temperatures and ensuring safe equipment conditions

• Ensure raw materials are available and restock warehouse as needed

• Weigh materials and operate rubber mixing and processing machinery

• Inspect products and assist in repairing defective batches under supervision

• Complete manufacturing paperwork and assist with maintenance

• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work environment

• Assist with packaging and shipment prep

• Safely load/unload rubber from skids and follow all safety protocols

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; no experience required, but manufacturing experience is a plus

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and stair climbing

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for anything over 50 lbs)

• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
