LanceSoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care for a local contract job in Bronx, New York.

Full-Time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team, providing high-quality, immediate medical attention to patients with a wide range of acute conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat common urgent care conditions (e.g., infections, minor injuries, respiratory issues).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, etc.).
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, and abscess drainage.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license in New York (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice.
• Board Certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, and DOT certifications preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
