Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare clients, providing clear, accurate, and professional guidance on plan options
• Educate and consult clients on Medicare Advantage plans based on their individual needs
• Accurately complete enrollments and meet compliance and documentation requirements
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
• Follow up with leads, re-engage prospects, and maintain client pipeline in CRM
• Maintain professional, courteous, and persuasive communication at all times
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and ensure seamless onboarding
• Educate clients about Medicare, identify their unique needs, and match them with the perfect plan
• Build meaningful client relationships while guiding them through the enrollment process
• Stay updated on CMS rules and regulations to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with managers, trainers, and teammates to sharpen your skills and achieve your goals
Requirements:
• Must hold a 2-40 or 2-15 license (preferred), or be willing to become licensed within 30 days
• Must be able to work full-time, in-office at the Miramar location (no remote options)
• Experience in Medicare or insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work various shifts based on operational needs
• Must be coachable, open to feedback, and performance-driven
• Able to work 40 hours per week in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with CRM systems, multitasking, and MS Office tools
• Must maintain performance metrics in line with company goals
Compensation & Growth:
• Base salary: $36,000 annually ($3,000/month)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $120,000 annually
• Commission structure based on monthly sales volume:
– 0–20 sales: $30/sale → $43,200 total comp/year
– 21–39 sales: $40/sale → $54,720 total comp/year
– 40–60 sales: $50/sale → $66,000 total comp/year
– 60–79 sales: $60/sale → $79,200 total comp/year
– 80+ sales: $75/sale → $108,000 total comp/year
• Ancillary commission:
– 10% of sold Annual Premium (AP) per deal
– Additional 5% bonus if $10,000+ in AP is sold within a month
– Example: Sell $10K AP → $1,000 commission + $500 bonus = $1,500/month
• Additional incentives: Quarterly bonuses, spiffs, and more
• Marketing support: Inbound leads and limited outbound follow-up on internally generated leads
