We’re currently seeking a Full-Time License and Title Clerk to support both locations. This is a great opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership group with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately for both in-state and out-of-state transactions
• Submit required documentation to the DMV in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure all title and registration paperwork is complete and correct prior to submission
• Track and follow up on titles, payoffs, and lien releases
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical)
• Communicate with customers, lenders, state agencies, and internal departments
• Stay informed on title and registration requirements and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership title and licensing experience is required
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures, especially in Illinois and surrounding states
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency with DMS software ( Automate experience is a plus )
• Proficiency with ERT systems ( VITU experience is a plus )
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
