Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Support integrations between ServiceNow and other applications. Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes, and enhancements. Create configuration documentation throughout the development process.
