Landscaper / Maintenance Technician Seasonal

$14 - $17 per Hour Based on Experience

Responsibilities – Landscaper / Maintenance Tech:

• Maintain landscaping: mowing, trimming, weeding, seasonal planting
• Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable: sweeping, trash removal, pressure washing
• Perform light maintenance tasks: minor repairs, painting, basic plumbing or electrical fixes
• Monitor supplies and report needs for equipment or materials
• Support occasional setup for dealership events or seasonal displays
• Other periodic maintenance projects as required

Qualifications – Landscaper / Maintenance Tech:

• Prior experience in landscaping and general maintenance required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Must be dependable, courteous, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license preferred
