We are seeking a talented individual to join our JAMI JCC Contact Center. This role will be based in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

部署概要 日本生命とマーシュジャパンの共同出資会社である ジャパン・アフィニティ・マーケティング株式会社 のオペレーションセンターです。顧客企業の保険制度の運営、代理店業務（生命保険・損害保険）、年金・財形事務、口座振替業務にかかわる事務処理を担当しています。 We will count on you to：

生命保険・損害保険代理店業務に関連する事務/団体保険制度等の事務代行業務

新規・解約・異動の手続き

契約企業への保険料案内

保険会社への確認等

契約企業とその従業員からの問い合わせ対応（電話・メール）

チーム管理

チームメンバーの勤怠管理、教育・研修

生産性向上と品質向上を目指した業務の設計・運営・管理

新規契約における業務請負など、業務構築をするための顧客企業との業務内容確認や調整

What you need to have：

求める経験値やスキル

社会人経験5年以上

基本的なPC操作（Excel、Word、キーボード入力、インターネット等）

豊富な事務処理経験

事務部門でのチームマネジメント経験

保険事務経験があれば尚可
