JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives . In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to help you develop the skills need to succeed in insurance sales. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide insurance solutions that offer protection and peace of mind.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Learn and understand insurance products and services offered by the company Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts Build strong relationships with clients and assess their insurance needs Present policy options and help clients make informed decisions Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (we provide assistance and support)
