Pay: $75 - $80/hour
Work Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)

This contract is based on a 6 month, ∼40-hour per week contract with the potential to convert to a full-time, salaried employee status (with full benefits) based on performance and business needs.
Happy Money is seeking a HubSpot Administrator (Contract) to help us optimize and scale our lead generation, nurturing, and analytics efforts. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in setting up and optimizing our marketing automation processes, lead management systems, and data integrations to drive scalable growth and campaign performance. You'll be the engine behind seamless lead flow, campaign execution, and marketing insights. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in HubSpot, a strong foundation in digital marketing, and a data-driven mindset. You will be responsible for building automated workflows, integrating platforms, managing CRM configuration, and supporting cross-channel marketing programs that drive meaningful customer engagement and conversion.
