Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned, grounded, discreet, and highly efficient House Manager to support a dynamic, high-profile individual at their private residence in Los Angeles. This role is a pivotal addition to the existing team, which will enhance the overall efficiency of internal operations. This position combines high-level estate coordination with personalized support, managing a home schedule with precision and care.

What our client needs:

As the House Manager,  you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, managing daily operations, and overseeing all aspects of the home.
  • Household Coordination : Oversee household organization and system implementation, from wardrobe integration to pantry and storage maintenance.
    • Manage daily errands, dry cleaning, groceries, and supplies — with an eye for detail and efficiency.
    • Maintain oversight of home automation, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and household systems.
 
  • Travel Prep: Assist with travel preparation, including packing and unpacking, as well as pre- and post-arrival resets.
  • Communication : Serve as the liaison with the long-time household team and collaborate with key internal contacts.
  • Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Coordinate property-related vendors and services: AV, HVAC, landscaping, brush clearing, permits, insurance, deliveries, and more.
  • Admin Support : Collaborate with the archive manager to track inventory in the off-site storage unit, locating, retrieving, and preparing items as needed.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

 
  • Steady, respectful, and trusted presence who can work with a highly intuitive and fast-moving principal
  • The ability to prioritize and execute swiftly and calmly
  • A natural gift for systems, tracking, and thoughtful execution 
  • Experience supporting a high-net-worth or high-profile individual in an in-home capacity (EA, House Manager, or Estate Coordinator role preferred)
  • Tech savvy, with a strong familiarity with iOS and smart-home systems; able to troubleshoot AV, manage vendors, and maintain systems
  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable running errands and managing tasks on the go.
  • Flexibility with availability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must. 
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable car

     
 

Compensation Details:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
  • Health Stipend - $500 monthly
  • PTO
  • Discretionary Bonus
  • Laptop and/or phone provided as needed

The role requires at least 5 years of experience supporting the private home of an HNWI.

LOCATION SPECIFICS.   
This is an On-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.
