Job Title: Vice President - Head of Philanthropy and Social Impact Communications Duration: 07 month contract Location: Jersey City NJ 07310 The candidate will be responsible for communications activities promoting philanthropic initiatives and broader social impact communications, including for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Responsibilities Philanthropic Strategy Create and evolve the bank’s philanthropic strategy, leveraging employee feedback. Manage relationships with philanthropic partners. Volunteering Implement and organize employee volunteer programs across locations, increasing impact and engagement. Coordinate with regional partners, report on activities, manage charitable funds, and update policies. Social Impact Communications Develop communications showcasing philanthropic activities. Partner with ERGs for heritage month communications. Serve as a resource for all philanthropic and social impact communications. Required Competencies Strong organizational, ethical, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work collaboratively. Experience with databases and event management tools. Creativity, empathy, and flexibility. Preferred Experience 5-7+ years in non-profit, philanthropy, events, or employee engagement. Bachelor’s degree required. Knowledge of financial services and non-profit sectors is a plus.
