Qualifications:

- At least 10 years of experience in conventional underwriting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with FHA loans.
- Active D.E./CHUMS ID required.
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending preferred.
- VA credit and SAR qualification required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwriting FHA and VA loans within company-specified limits (signing authority).
- Comprehensive understanding of FHA/VA guidelines, FHA Connection, and VA WebLGY.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and timely loan underwriting.
