Job Description

• Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items according to the IKEA Food concept and specifications.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and sustainability standards.
• Maintain dining and self-serve areas, beverage stations, and play zones in a clean and welcoming condition.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, performing cleaning and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently following cash-handling procedures.
• Restock supplies and rotate inventory according to FIFO and sustainability standards.
• Support Swedish Food Market operations, including merchandising, pricing, and sanitation.
• Follow all IKEA policies and procedures for goods receiving, inventory, and safety reporting.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects IKEA's values.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic cash-handling and point-of-sale system experience.
