About the Role:

This is a full-time, salary + performance-based position with a realistic earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+ per year for strong performers.

We’re looking for a well-rounded locksmith with proven experience in:

• Automotive car keys – cutting & programming keys and fobs (EEPROM experience is a big plus).
• Emergency lockouts – vehicles, homes, and businesses.
• Residential locksmithing – rekeys, lock changes, deadbolts, smart locks, security upgrades.
• Commercial locksmithing – IC cores, master key systems, storefront doors, door closers, panic bars, etc.
• Sales experience – confidently presenting options, explaining upgrades, and helping customers choose the best solution.

What You’ll Do:

• Run service calls throughout the Gainesville area.
• Cut and program car keys and fobs on-site.
• Handle emergency lockouts in a calm, professional manner.
• Rekey, repair, and replace residential and commercial locks.
• Install and service deadbolts, keypads, smart locks, and other hardware.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, explain options, and provide estimates.
• Deliver high-quality work and an excellent customer experience on every job.

What You Bring:

• Solid, recent locksmith experience – this is not an entry-level role.
• Strong automotive key skills (more than just simple lockouts).
• Confident with both residential and commercial hardware.
• Comfortable handling emergency calls and solving problems on the spot.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional, reliable, and honest.
• Good communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Must live in or be ready to move to Gainesville, FL.
