Searching for an Executive Chef!
Long-standing and established Italian Fine Dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Executive Chef. Salary 80-100K, plus Bonus Potential and Benefits!
Candidate must possess the following abilities and talents:
· At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef with a high-volume Italian restaurant
· Extensive preparation and knowledge of Italian cuisine
· A whole-hearted and genuine hospitality-first attitude
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Kitchen management experience over 15+ employees
· Ability to train, evaluate, and motivate team
· Occasional menu development, input
