Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time position is set for the 2025-2026 school year, requiring a mitted individual to work three days a week within an engaging K-5th grade environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Social Worker License or Ohio Clinical Counselor License
• Experience working with elementary school students, particularly in behavioral support
• Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings and ETR processes
• Excellent collaboration skills with educators and other support staff

Location: Warren, OH

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior specialist services to students, assisting with personalized behavior plans
• Support crisis intervention efforts, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and strategies
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs)
• Offer consultations to teachers and staff regarding student behavioral challenges
